Hello, everyone. I'm Lucy. Today I want to tell you how to keep healthy.
Healthy eating is important for a healthy body and mind. If we don't eat breakfast, we may feel sleepy easily. So I always have breakfast, like bread, milk and eggs. Lunch is also important. I often have rice and beef for lunch. In the evening, I usually have hot pot for dinner at a restaurant with my family.
Sports can keep us healthy too. My favourite sport is basketball. I often play it with my friends at weekends. Some tricks are difficult, but once you succeed, you will feel great! These are my living habits, and they are really good.
