Healthy Eating
 
Healthy eating is very important for us students. We should have three meals on time every day. We need to eat more vegetables and fruits, which give us vitamins. We should also eat some meat, eggs and milk to get enough protein.
 
We must not eat too much junk food like fried chips or candy. Drinking enough water is better than sweet drinks. Good eating habits help us stay strong and study well. Let's keep healthy eating!
