My Three Meals a Day
I have healthy eating habits every day.
For breakfast, I usually have milk, bread and an egg. It gives me energy for the morning classes. I like it very much.
At lunch, I eat rice, vegetables and some meat at school. Vegetables are good for my body. I feel full and happy.
For dinner, I have light food like porridge and fruit with my family. I never eat too much at night.
Healthy three meals make me strong. I love my simple and delicious daily food.
