My Eating Habit
I have a healthy eating habit, which is crucial for my growth and energy.
In the morning, I always have a balanced breakfast. It includes a glass of milk for calcium, a piece of whole - wheat bread for carbohydrates, and an apple for vitamins. This combination gives me enough energy to start my day.
For lunch, I eat a variety of foods. I usually have some lean meat like chicken or fish, along with plenty of vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers. I also have a bowl of rice to provide me with the necessary starch.
Dinner is lighter. I often have a bowl of vegetable soup and some steamed dumplings. I avoid eating too much before going to bed.
Overall, I believe my eating habit helps me stay healthy and active. I will keep it up to support my study and daily life.
