Today is Saturday. We went on a school trip to the Songhua River, and we were all very excited.

 

We set off on the school bus at 8:30 a.m. After an hour’s ride, we arrived at Songpu Bridge. From there, we began our hike along the river. We saw many boats floating on the water, and even some people swimming in the river. Along the way, there were so many beautiful sights: colorful flowers, clear blue water, and tall city buildings in the distance. We chatted and laughed as we walked, and before we knew it, afternoon came. We finally reached the end of our hike.

 

By the end of the day, we were tired, but our hearts were full of joy. It was a truly meaningful day.
